CHANGEOVER DAY
Saturday - 5pm arrival and 10.00am departure. During high season this tends to be the case. The changeover day can be flexible if you would like to stay for more than a week and arrival/departure times can also be flexible depending on whether there are guests staying immediately before or after.

CHILDREN
This is a magical place for children but the house is designed so that the rill leading to the pool is an integral part of the whole in the way that the Moorish patios of the Alhambra have running water and pools. So children are welcome but MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES​.
We can provide 2 travel cots and 1 high chair. If more are needed, they must be hired, which can be done through our House Manager.

GARDENER
Works for 3 half days during the week

LAUNDRY
Linen is done on the premises by the staff on Saturdays and at the end of your stay. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, separate drying terrace and ironing board for your personal use

​LINEN
We have a fully supplied linen cupboard with pool towels, bathroom towels, sheets etc. It is not locked and the tenants can help themselves to pool towels from there​

PETS NOT ALLOWED

POOL MAN
Saturdays for the big clean and other times to check chlorine levels etc depending on weather

RUBBISH
There is no rubbish collection. It is taken away by cleaners or guests to the rubbish collection centre which is at the entrance to the village near the cemetery

SUNBEDS
There are sunbeds and plenty of shaded areas by the pool and on the main loggia​

TENNIS AND TABLE TENNIS EQUIPMENT
There is a tennis court next to the house and a ping pong table in the garage which you can bring out. Some equipment is supplied - kept in the basement in the 2nd storeroom. There are ping pong balls and bats and usually one or two adequate tennis racquets. You may find more ping pong bats and balls in the garage with the table​.

BBQ'S
Casa Rosa has a large gas fired bbq whilst Adelaida and Rosita have small kettle bbq's.
